PaintShopPro (any version should work)
PTU Kit "Bunny Hoppit" by Stina @ http://cullenarydelights.blogspot.com/

and are included in the kit.

**This tutorial assumes that you have working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro.**

**This tutorial was written by Aimee Pryor on Tuesday, March 30, 2010. Any similarity between
this tutorial and another is nothing but coincidence. You may link back to my tutorials, but do
not copy them and put them on your own group or site of any kind. If you'd like to share your creation,
you may email them to me at acpryor@live.com and I will share them here :o) Thanks!**

Instead of using a mask, which you may still do if you desire.... I made my own
"maskish" background. It's fairly easy, if you'd like to give it a try. Open a new image,
600 x 600 pixels. From the kit, choose a flower, I chose DBS_Flower01. Paste as new layer
and resize 30%. Effects - Distortion Effects - Wind > with the following settings:
Direction - From Left
Strength - 100
Effects - Plugins - Mura - Copies > with the following settings:

Ok. Now duplicate this layer - Mirror - Flip and arrange like I have below
(when you merge the two together, make sure they are in the center of the canvas)

One final filter.. ha ha... Effects - Texture - Mosaic Antique - With the following settings:

k. Phew! Turn the opacity to about 80%. And there is our 'maskish' background for
our tag. You should have something that looks like this :

Looks good, don't you think?
Now on with the tag!

With the mask layer active... Choose a floral deco from kit, resize at 40% paste
as new layer. Move it to the top left of the tag. Open another floral deco, resize 40% and
place on the bottom left. Merge the two together. Image - Mirror - Flip. Merge down, add
drop shadow 2,2,50,8 (remember this drop shadow, as we'll be using it throughout the tag)
Now choose a frame, I chose the double frame and added the extra framing (the pink) around it.
Click inside the left frame - Selections - Modify- Expand by 3. Selections invert - Resize a paper of choice at 70% and paste as new layer - delete. Select none. Do the same for the right frame background layer.  Move both of layers below the frame layer.

Make your frame layer active - Using your magic wand, click inside both frames - Selections - Modify - Expand by 3. Paste the rainbow (from the kit) as new layer and arrange to your liking. Selections -Invert - Delete. Select none. Making the frame layer active again - Selections - Modify - Expand by 3 Choose a tube, resize 50% - Paste as new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete. Add the same drop shadow as before. Do the same for the right. Move the tube layers below the frame layer.  Make the frame layer active again - RE- paste that same tube and erase parts on the bottom, making it look like the tube is coming out of the frame.

The rest is up to you. I will tell you what I used, and you can either do what I did...
or use different elements, etc... to your preference.

Here's what I used :
DBS_Balloon02 - Resized 30%
DBS_Bow05 - Resized 20%
DBS_Egg01 through DBS_Egg12 - Resized 10%
(I scattered them around and under the flowers..also rotated some)
DBS_Flower07 through DBS_Flower12 - Resized 15%
(I merged the flowers and eggs together, once I placed them where
I liked them...and then added my drop shadow)
DBS_LilBunny03 - Resized 15%
I added the same drop shadow as above to all the elements.

Resize your tag, then add copyright and name.
Save as .png for transparent BG or .jpg for a white BG.

I hope you enjoyed this tut and it wasn't too confusing to you!!

Thanks :o)

~Aimee~
