Font I used : Present - Normal

**This tutorial assumes that you have working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro.**

Open a new image in PSP - 600 x 600
Choose a frame from the kit, I chose DBS_Frame08
Resize 70% - Sharpen. Using your magic wand tool, click inside the frame.
Selections - Modify by 4. Choose a paper from the kit, resized at 70% -
Paste as new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete. Select none. Still on the paper
layer - Select all - Float - Defloat. We're going to make a little "scene" inside
the frame.

Choose a tree, I chose DBS_Tree02, resized at 30% - Paste as new layer
(arrange to your liking, or use my tag for placement ideas)
Now a sun... I chose DBS_Sun01 move to the opposite side of the tree.
Choose one of the birdhouses and beehives, resize the Bird house at 30%
and the hive at 20% - Paste each as new layer and arrange to your liking.
Make the paper layer active and add one of the rainbows, resized 70%
paste as new layer. We're going to make grass for the moment...

Make sure you're still selected. Add a new layer, use the PSP tube lawn that
comes with the PSP you can download it from corel if you don't have it.
Anyway... Tube settings should be as follows : SCALE - 100 STEP - 220
And place above all the images, but just below the frame layer. When you're
done, Adjust - hue & Saturation - Colorize with the settings below.

You should still have it selected! Now add another layer and add some grass
blades, also a Corel psp tube. Settings : SCALE - 25 STEP - 100
Just toss a few blades here and there, look at my tag if needed. Then colorize
again with the same settings we used for the lawn. Move the grass blades layer
just below the lawn layer. Now invert your selection and delete the outsides of
each of the elements. Select none. Add a drop shadow of 3, -3, 40, 8 Black
to all the elements and the frame layer. Close out the bottom layer and merge
visible.

I added birds to the birdhouse and also a couple bees flying around.
I resized the birds at 7% and resized the bees at 5%. Add the same drop
shadow we used before. Merge the birds and bees with the merged frame layer.
Resize 90% (Make sure all layers is not checked.)
Ok... now we're going to add our mask. Add a new layer, select all - paste
a paper of your choice into selection. Select none. Apply your mask of choice.
Merge group and move the mask below the frame image.

We're going to add a new layer and once again, use the lawn tube with the same
settings as before. Add some grass... look at my tag if you need any ideas.
Again...colorize the grass with the settings we used before. Choose a fence
from the kit and resize 40% and paste as new layer on the bottom part
of the frame. Deform it slightly to make it just a little shorter. Add the drop
shadow we used before. Add a new layer, Once again, grab the grass blade tube
and make a bunch of blades at the edge of the fence. Duplicate - Mirror. Look
at my tag if needed. Add drop shadow to the grass and blade bunches.

Now I'll list the other elements I used and how I resized them.
Remember... I added the same drop shadow we've been using to all the
element layers.

DBS_Flower17 - Resized 20% - Pasted just below the fence layer
DBS_Flower 16 - Resized 20% - Pasted just above flower17
An assortment of the smaller flowers - Resized 10% and paste along fence
2 bows - One resized 25% the other 20% pasted on the top middle of the frame
DBS_Caterpillar03 - Resize 10%
DBS_Ladybug02 & 03 resized 5% and pasted on frame
DBS_Greenery05 - Resized 50%

Resize image and add wordart, name, and all copyright info.
Save as .png for transparent background or .jpg for a white background.

I hope you enjoyed this tut and it wasn't too confusing to you!!

Thanks :o)
